Patient scheduling - How many times have we heard physicians say, “I don’t know if my front desk is really trying to fill my schedule? I’m not as busy as I would like to be. My patients are complaining that my staff is too abrupt or short with them.” We make sure that a physician is booked as they choose not as their staff chooses. Our staff makes patients feel as though we have the time to take with them and that they are important. Really, isn’t that the way we all like to feel when we call to schedule any appointment?

Triage calls - All triage calls are taken and delivered to our physicians via email with the patient’s name, date of birth, phone number, and problem. Our staff is trained to understand the nature of emergencies. These urgent triage calls are immediately delivered to the appropriate staff member at the physician’s back-line telephone number.

Insurance authorization - Every patient that is scheduled for our physician has their insurance verified. This ensures that the correct deductibles and co-pays are collected at the time of the visit. We ensure that patients are made aware of their responsibility beforehand. We also set up payment plans for those patients who owe large amounts.
